Traitor Kerry gets his face slapped......

From the news wires:

"The Boston Herald reported that on Wednesday, before South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford's exact whereabouts were widely known, the Massachusetts senator mused to reporters the wrong elected official had dropped out of sight.

"Too bad if a governor had to go missing it couldn't have been the governor of Alaska," he said, according to the paper. "You know, Sarah Palin."

Palin herself, speaking to U.S. troops in Kosovo, responded Friday with a shot aimed straight for the face — literally.

"Then Sen. John Kerry makes this joke, I don't know if you saw this, but he makes this joke saying, 'Aw shoot, of all the governors in the nation who disappeared, too bad it couldn't have been that governor from Alaska…'" she said.

"But the way he said it, he looked quite frustrated, and he looked so sad, and I just wanted to reach out to the TV and say, 'John Kerry, why the long face?'"

Gov. Palin is overseas visiting Alaska National Guard troops on a peacekeeping mission.""

WAY TO GO SARAH!!!!!!

btw: ever wonder why Dems don't complain about our occupying troops in Kosovo - which was our only truly illegal and unaurhorized by congress war?

"why the long face"?!? LOL!!

I hope she runs in 2012. She's got my vote.

Sarah is not a good imitator of words is she?

We ALL hope she runs in 2012.

And assuming this report of her "long face" rejoinder isn't just another example of redwing apochrypha, I say, good on her. And...I'll be really disappointed in Kerry, if he tries tit-for-tatting with a comment on her fat ass.

I hope she runs in 2012 myself. Imagine the pressure that takes off Jon Stewart and his writers, plus it puts such a good light on the goposaurus party. The only problem would be withstanding a whole campaigns worth of that screechy voice constantly bitching about how badly she's treated.
The Mittster will lay her low (figuratively, not literally)

soon enough. Although...I'm guessing he'll be saving her for last. I can't wait to see what he's got up his sleeve on her.

If not already (as I am) - most people will be wishing they had voted for Romney, as I did.

At any rate, Gov. Sarah Palin has proven she would have been a FAR better POTUS than Obama ever dreamed of.

Actually, the REAL joke goes like this:

A man is sitting on the curb, crying after seeing his beloved cat run over by a steamroller.

A passerby stops and asks, "Hey fella, why the long puss?"

Frankly, only an idiot would concern himself with a pissing match between two phonies.

If 2012 were now:

Mitt, Haley, Sarah and Mike.

GOPs should be glad it's not.

no, the joke is...

John Kerry was out riding one of his rich wife's horse, and was feeling pretty sore from the ride.

He got back to the stable, leading the horse, and the stable hand asked "Hey John, how come you're such a dick?"

I don't think either Sarah or Kerry looked good here.

She needs to learn not to take the bait (she could look to Obama for inspiration) and he needs to start looking like a statesman instead of a sore loser.

If Kerry had an ounce of personality, he would've

been elected president in '04.
