The Supreme Court, including all of the "white men" who are supposedly inferior to "a wise latina woman," decided in favor of Redding in Safford Unified School District #1 v. Redding. XX Factor was outraged that the justices appeared to be considering both sides arguments during the trial, taking this as proof that they would fail to see the logical 4th amendment arguments Redding's counsel had put foward. You were wrong XX Factor. After all that lamenting, after all that nonsense about how only a woman judge could correctly decide that case, will you now apologize? Or will you simply not mention the decision in this case at all?
