It's not Obama's recession; it is Obama who is dividing the country.

Why do you say that Obama is dividing the country?

This topic is about friendships, you twit, not a forum for you to bash the President. Plenty of other places for you to do that. It would be nice if you had the brain power to realize that the seeds of our country's economic problems were sown long ago, under the previous "Idiot in the White House". Remember him, the guy who spent so much money in Iraq and downsized bank regulations??

I, as everyone else, likes OBAMA as a "person". Nice guy, should go into the "entertainment" business when he is out of office. LIKE BRAD PITT!!!!! Gorgeous, but NO GUTS to be our leader. I voted for him, as a Republican, and some of my friends did the same as independents. WOW are we worried, and questioning our vote. It is SOO funny how we as intelligent beings can be sucked into a GOOD speech. WOW!!!!!! He is dividing us racially, which i did not think would happen, as well as he is not making decisions at all. HE never ran a business, he was an academic and Chicago organizor, WHAT was I thinking!!!! I guess he was just lucky in the sense we saw a castrophe coming in the economy and we ran in the wrong direction, or maybe the REPS just had the WRONG candidate. Please Barack get in to the weeds and stop doing the camara shots and make some decisions, he is counting on NANCY and his left leaning staff. EXACTLY what everone accussed BUSH OF only on the right. WOW what a mess.

People complaining-- unless you're going to roll up your sleeves and get a little dirty yourself- you have no right to criticize. This isn't about who is right or wrong or if Obama's doing a good job or not. If you want to run for office you are more then welcome as long as you meet the reqirements but pointing fingers and placing blame doesn't get anyone anywhere. While I'm not crazy about our solution to the economic problem, you have to remember we are in uncharted waters- a global economy that didn't exist back in 1929. Your unemployed class is a group of white collar paper pushers, they do not build roads- they wouldn't know how. There is No Rulebook on how to clean up a deregulated secondary global market. I don't envy President Obama and I don't necessarily agree with how the situation is being handled but what happened this Fall in the stock market is not something that corrects itself overnight, no matter how you handle it. Keep in mind, as the American public- we only get about 10% of the story most of the time so even though I do not agree that you send more money after bad money- I highly doubt that I or anyone commeting here has an inside scoop.
