The previous president vacationed his way through his first year in office. There was no Twitter then, but would Grassly have sent a similar message to President Bush? I think Grassley is a little cheesed off that Obama can take a vacation and still be seen as working hard.

Republicans are outraged that the Vacationer-in-Chief is not as adored by Americans in general as he is by 100% of loyal Republicans.

Grassley is no doubt pleased as punch to see himself viewed in the media as engaged with a "debate" with the sitting president. If this is an example of how Twitter enters the public arena, watch how the twittee -- in this case the Prez -- learns to ignore it, as he should.
