I have been here for years and have watched editors come and go, and I promise you will most likely not be the last. I wish you the best of luck when dealing with the BB, but I will warn you that many that stay there are use to lawlessness, and will be amaze if you can restore order there.

Watch for what you ask for because you are as much of an offender in the BB as anyone else. Before you claim your not maybe the editor should look over your MBTU and ask himself if he should be taking any advice from you. Now I know you will rant on about what I have done in the past while making yourself look like an angel but the fact is you get what you deserve because of the many times you have been offensive to those you do not agree with. If anyone does not agree with you and your logic then you melt as usual. Also maybe the editor can help you find a board more suitable for you seeing you usually rant and rave after about three to six months in the BB and then claim you are leaving and never coming back. Finally before you call me a racist I hope you had the editor erase your racist comments against those like Mr. Thomas so that your racism will not be shown and if not then I advise you not to throw any rocks while standing in that glass house.

So as I close this out Horus I know you will lie and deny everything I have accused you of, but in the end your MBTU does not lie and the evidence is there if the editor want to look. So my friend watch for what you wish for because you also might fall victim to the flush that you want done to others. Now run I know you want to report me A.S.A.P. and demand that I am booted from this site, and also ask the new editor if I am jake because I am 110% sure he will tell you NO!

going to try something different. I originally began posting by establishing a fairly decent relationship with Fray's first two editors and then that degenerated into an adversarial relationship with Fray's final two out of three editors. But then again, they WERE clueless and utterly unqualified amateurs who got the position based on nothing more than the nature of their sexual orientation. I kid you not.

You at least HAVE a background in writing and one hopes that you will soon learn the ropes as far as being a board moderator is concerned. THAT, after all, is the real nature of your job . . . to ride herd on vast numbers of high strung and essentially emotionally immature nut jobs.

I'd just like to put in a word for cleanup of the swamp known as Ballot Box. It's a board which the previous editor(s) allowed to exist unmoderated but for the occasional purge, but as one of the fastest-moving boards on the Fray, deserves some real moderation. In every sense of that word.

It seems to me that a firm, yet sensible approach to moderation, in which genuinely insane and/or objectionable posts and posters are removed but free-wheeling discussion is allowed would be the best course, not just in BB but across the Fray. You will have your own opinions on that, naturally...but the not-so-benign neglect of the previous administration was IMO a total failure.

I mean, there are rules here, shouldn't they be enforced evenly and for all? Just sayin'.
