The more I asked, the less I found out! :-O

Nobody could give me any Constitutional authority requiring me to buy anything, much less INSURANCE....don't feel all alone...ol Botox-Face almost fainted when asked the same question....and replied "are you kidding me?"....the questioner wasn't kidding her and was then ignored. So hey, if your head hag can't answer such a rudimentary question about a $1.2 TRILLION extortion scheme, why would I expect you too? All of this hand-wringing and caterwauling is like a Seinfeld episode....about nothing. Anything with a required enrollment in a "public option" is simply illegal and will not withstand a single challenge.

Nobody answered because we can't believe that you would ask such a stupid question. It would be like me asking where in the constitution does it allow the republican party to exist.
it's a very good question, Judy

really, it is. "Mandatory Insurance Is Unconstitutional" is the unapologetic title of an op-ed last week in the Wall Street Journal by David Rivkin and Lee Casey, Justice Department attorneys during the Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations. Investor's Business Daily wonders: "Where in the U.S. Constitution does it say the government can force people to buy health insurance?" So does an opinion article in the Christian Science Monitor, a discussion on the O'Reilly Factor, and commentary by Fox News' Andrew Napolitano.
