Same here,but be careful with that rock and roll! On the other hand ,Doctor Oz taught me to belly dance this week.It is all in the loosening of the knees,so wrap that scarf around your waist and go!

Actually, today will find me on the kitchen step stool, cleaning the walls in my kitchen, getting ready for a big day Monday....Truett and his wife will be here, and we are all hoping that Cherokee and his better half make it too!

Hi Truett...and thank you for the Happy Birthday wish....I made out like a bandit with birthday cards, phone calles, e-mails, and oh yeah....some mighty nice presents....including a check for $100, and a NEW vacumn sweeper. Seems my dughter and hubby thought my old Hoover (which worked just fine!) was too heavy to push around.

It's been a great day, but I am plumb pooped out...kept going all day on nothing byt hype today:-)

See you Monday....it's going to be a fun time for sure!
