where y = productivity at work and x = time spent on the Fray
I watched The Caine Mutiny last night for the first time. It has only just occurred to me what a coincidence that is. Anyway, I wish I had time to really explore that here, but I don’t.
I’ve made it a habit to listen to Michael Savage on Tues and Thurs on my way home from school. That guy is a total lunatic. Anyway, last night he described the Fort Hood shooter as a one-man sleeper cell and then posited that the Obama admin, along with the sycophantic MSM, was going to cover it up in the name of political correctness. He then went on to (again) compare Obama to Hitler. I’m curious as to Inkberrow’s take on this.
As an aside:
I know it’s probably bad form to say this, but I really do love and appreciate the Fray. And you people. When I spend time here, it’s not like playing solitaire. It’s not even like reading a newspaper. I believe it to be truly worthwhile interaction, and I think it’s made me a deeper thinker. Go ahead and make fun of me. I don’t care, because the Fray has given me a thicker skin too.
The thing is, I have a problem, I guess. If I come here and start to get involved, I can hardly stop. I can’t get any work done. And as much as I hate my job, I need to keep it for as long as it’s available.
Anyway, not that many of you care, I do come here briefly almost every day to check up on all of you.
Long live the Procrastination Fray!
