The House is taking up a bill today to distance the US from the Goldstone Report. The bill would ask that the US not support the forwarding of the report to the International Criminal Court if either Israel or Hamas refuses to investigate and prosecute wrongdoings. President Obama should have the courage to stand up for the rule of law: no nation, friend or foe, should be able to commit crimes against humanity with impunity.
