jaywalking
by Elia
I've been living in MA for the past few months for a few months longer and what DRIVES me CRAZY is people just walk out in the street even MAIN busy streets and just expect you to stop and not once do they think that perhaps the first car may stop but the unsuspeting car behind may not. Not only would my car be hit but most likely that would force me to hit the idiot who walked out in the street. If I look back and see there is a car too close for me to stop I don't stop for these idiots and they have to move fast that's it. NO I don't think just because you are walking on two feet you have the right of way. You need to think first, try walking out like that in California on a 6 lane street and see who is waiting for who. However I do notice it's a certain type of personality who is walking out like they own the world, not everyone just walks out, it's a certain type of mind.
