i'll bet the DNC is really sorry now that . . .
by baltimore aureole

i'll be the democratic national committee is really sorry now that they didn't forcefully protest all the anti-semitic garbage which was posted (defaced) on lieberman's website.

a lot of it was (reportedly) emanating from / encouraged by moveon.org.

who would have guessed that democratic activists would turn out to be anti-semites?

anyhow, he's a republican now.

"a lot of it was (reportedly) emanating from / encouraged by moveon.org."

Reportedly? got any cites or proof? if not, it's speculation. And a random geek defacing a website doesn't mean it was encouraged.

"who would have guessed that democratic activists would turn out to be anti-semites?"

There are racists in every group, including Republicans. What's your point?

"anyhow, he's a republican now."

No, he's an Independent.

I'll bet Lieberman is better than you think

You mean Lieberman will vote against the bill because of a completely unrelated event involving his website? Wow, what a petty human being you must think he is. I'll bet he'll vote for or against the bill based on its merits.

Quote from your first link: <b>It matters not a whit to those making the charges that these bulletin boards are open to the public, or that the posts were not put up by MoveOn members. Neither do they care that the organization immediately took down those posts and issued a strong statement condemning them.
