"google"

if your corporate browser bar has been forcibly attacked and converted to a "Bing" search window (like slate's, which was evidently bribed by Bing) then its likely you are well aware that bing produces inferior search results, despite their claims at being able to filter out what you don't want to see.

What, do you work for Google? The article had nothing to do with Bing, yet you have to clog up the Fray with not 1, but 2 posts complaining about Bing. What's up with that?
It's pretty simple.

The Bing people know what you don't want to see. They just aren't ready to tell you. Google knows what the dumb people want to know, and they know what the smart people want to know. They can tell them apart (according to the writer) by the way they structure their query. I feel a rant coming on.

Have you tried to find out anything useful with a Bing search? I have to agree with BA on this. Bing is not ready for prime time.

It might be time for Bill Gates to step back in at Microsoft and do a little persuading.
