There is some controversial evidence that cooking the brain with microwave radiation is not good for it. True, many of us have found other ways of degrading brain function (as degsme argues about hearing acuity) - but the prospect of tumors is not enticing. Attaching more wireless devices to my skull and raising their operating power doesn't appeal.
