Neither Lillith, nor ciinc. In fact, the only person who could have convincingly pulled off greeneggs is snolly, and I don't believe it's him, either.

Nor do I think Eggs is Ciinc (I've wondered about Hap, though, though I don't know his history). I haven't really been around long enough, but doesn't seem like Lilith's style. From the people I know, the only poster I can think of that might pull off everything Eggs has done (so far) is Maximo*. But there's a lot of folks from the old school I don't really know well. I used to enjoy TheodoreGiesel (seems to be a theme here), but didn't know for quite awhile that person was also Moloch. [Who, come to think of it, has been around lately, but I dunno, stylistically, if it fits.]

*Note, this is not an accusation (how would I know, anyway? Nor do I care - I'm more in line with Inky's assessment than Schad's/ZB's,). More of a compliment, really.

I'm curious what you're thinking, but I don't want to encourage you to target yourself for head cuffs. Maybe you could just mention whether or not you were correct? [Assuming we'd ever find out, of course.]
