Who're you fooling here, huh ? (but wait, if I am both of you.....oh NOOOOOOOOO, I'm talking to myself AGAAAAAIN !!!!).

...I never knew you were the front-desk girl for the Faith-Based board, k_g. Sorry to break your "sense of continuity," I didn't realize that changing nicks would be so upsetting. I suppose some people really do see anonymous posting on bulletin boards as a "community" for some reason, though I never much felt that way myself. For instance, I would never hypocritically wish a poster that I despised well just because he'd had an illness or lost someone close to him. But that's just me.
If it makes you feel better, however, I was MrNasty....then OYM....more recently Horus....and am now reJoinder.
So now that you've got the whole rundown, I guess you can stop putting up top-post hints about my identity....:)

Well, except for Antoninus Curticus. Kirkasius Douglasca kills him in a command performance single combat to the death (as an act of mercy). Fact of the matter is this is my favorite epic movie - great cast, inspiring story, and Kubrick's direction is incredibly effective.
Incidentally, the defeated slaves were crucified at the behest of Marcus Licinius Crassus, who was recently referred to in a New Yorker column on Mike Bloomberg ("Biggus Buckus"); it's an entertaining and interesting read. I voted for Bloomberg (for the third time) despite my dislike for his strong advocacy of term limits followed by his renunciation of them when they were applied to him - but overall he's been a good mayor, the Democrats had nothing better to offer than a typical hack politico, and there's no effective third choice. I wasn't unhappy to see him re-elected.

Wasn't just you, Horus (oh okay, I'll call you Rejoinder now). Doggie, for example, shows up with a new alias every month or so and then plays peek-a-boo games for awhile.........and I have my suspicions about a few others too..................;-) So many of our 'communities' exist on the Internet now. And heck, I probably spend more time on FB in an avg week than I do with my UU church group, so I'd be kidding if I pretended that this didn't matter to me at all, I'm giving it more 'time' than at least one of my real communities.............(the boards that don't matter to me at all, I drop by once every 3 months, post a random ramble or randomly insult some right-winger, and then ignore for next 3 months......).

Oh, well, Doggy....he's been a hundred people over the years. It's not like he could hide it if he tried.
FWIW, I guess I valued your good opinion enough to confess. Does that make you the Spanish Inquisition? :)

"...I never knew you were the front-desk girl for the Faith-Based board, k_g. Sorry to break your "sense of continuity," This is Kona's board now. "If it makes you feel better, however, I was MrNasty....then OYM....more recently Horus....and am now reJoinder." That was the purpose of the "antiSemite, like Horus" remark. You are a better poster now, so maybe the break did us all some good. I need a vacation, also, but the damn doctors won't let me drive until the test results are back, so I'm stuck in town with perfect weather when I should be in the hills making firewood and living the life I always wanted. Good to see you again, Ho'.

I was starting to think you were tip...except you weren't hot and heavy enough on the gay issues...was wondering if you (he) had gone straight... ;)
You do still seem to have a very large hair/hare up your butt still, though. (Hey, did we ever ascertain on this board whether it actually is hair or hare? I vote for hare. Considering the natural hairiness of most peoples' butts, I expect one more hair in the general vicinity wouldn't be enough to get someone bent out of shape. I feel that a hare up the butt would be a tad uncomfortable, however.)
And, for the record, it's just bad manners not to reintroduce yourself, especially when so many have been lamenting your absence and wondering what happened to you. (Yeah, I know, it's hard to believe, but true.)

tsedek, I love you, but can FB NOT be my board, please ? I've realized that I actually prefer to be a decorative figurehead than have any real powers :)
