to visually distinguish between an African-American and European-American? Assume we are not talking about Arabs from Egypt and Boerhs from South Africa.

If what you say is true, then how can anyone discriminate against African-American?

nice strawman. You are smarter than that. Try again.

Title VII is an unconstitutional (along with being immoral and irrational) law that must be eradicated, so the entire false dogma is completely squelched. Codified racial preferences are wrong for any reason whatsoever.

Diversity is neither a strength nor a weakness. It is neutral. Japan is wealthy without diversity. Multiculturalism is used to justify reverse racism. What matters to a nation is the number of skilled and educated residents. For example, accepting millions of legal educated Chinese immigrants helps the US economy. Accepting tens of millions of unskilled uneducated illegal Latin-American fence jumpers harms the US economy.

1. Some economists would increase the number of skilled educated immigrants by 2,000%, not to increase diversity, but to increase the numbers of those who make more in taxes than they cost and take-up fewer social services.

Cultural Predeterminism: African American poverty is the preeminent excuse for concocting anti-white male laws, such as AA and EEO. However, wherever black people are (The Caribbean, North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia, and in every country which Sub-Saharan African descended people reside without exception), black people are either oppressed by pervasive racism from everyone, everywhere, at all times; or black people do not posses the cultural traits necessary for economic viability.

1. Economic viability is determined by what a culture does and not by oppression dogama. Individuals within any culture have ability to succeed based on individual effort. However, Leftwing oppression/victimization dogma suggests perpetual failure until the world changes to accommodate black peoples’ lower economic earning power.

2. Amy Chua’s "World on Fire" examines the implications of cultural economic viability. Cultures replicate economic successes and failures over and over again, moving in statistically valid, measurable economic patterns. Scientists can accurately postulate economic differences and then measure their projections with valid replicable precision in micro-communities, villages, cities, states, nations and continents. Predictions can, likewise, be made for Anglos, Chinese, aboriginal Latinos, Jews, Catholics, Muslims, Mormons and other groups as well. Economic success or failure replicates itself without regard to racist multicultural dogma. Culture precedes everything.

3. Chua notes that Affirmative Action has never worked anywhere on earth, so she suggests overt public displays of charity or altruism to qualm the perpetual underclass’s unrest. Affirmative Action, EEO, and Obama will not change anything about black poverty anywhere, so discriminating against underclass whites (the redneck) only harms the already downtrodden.

Basically, Obama does not understand diversity in the least, because his ideology is based on a false dogma.

Why don't you guys come out and just say what you mean in plain language, black people are not as intelligent as white people and it's their own fault they are poor. There, now we can address the racism of your comments without dancing around the pseudo-scientific arguments you present.

  1. We oppose collective rights such as Affirmative Action and EEO laws, because such laws are discriminatory to the “unprotected/advantaged,” where the “disadvantaged/protected” groups are given discriminatory preferences, because of alleged victimization status.
  2. We advocate for everyone having the exact same individual rights without regard to any factor whatsoever. We argue that all laws should be enforced equally; no ethnic group is above the law; and no one should have special victim status protections.
  3. Racial Marxism is immoral: We believe that man should be punished for his own sins and not for his great grandfathers’ transgressions.
  4. Those who support “equality of outcome” are, in fact, “racial Marxists” and are factually part of the most murderous ideology in all of human history! As non-racists, we support “diversity of outcome,” because we support absolute individual liberty for all, where people are free to succeed and fail.
  5. It is irrational to create an “hierarchy of victimization” where groups are ranked according to “oppressor/victimization” status, because all groups have both oppressors and victims in their histories. For example, Jared Diamond’s, “Guns, Germs and Steel: The Fates of Human Societies,” in the Chapter titled, “How Africa Became Black,” concludes that black-skinned Africans hunted the reddish-skinned Bushmen to near genocidal extinction. So, even victimized black Africans are the oppressors of reddish-skinned Bushmen.
  6. Individual rights are civil rights, because there is no minority smaller than the individual.

Middle path,

"Why don't you guys come out and just say what you mean in plain language, black people are not as intelligent as white people and it's their own fault they are poor. There, now we can address the racism of your comments without dancing around the pseudo-scientific arguments you present."

On average Ashkenazi Jews have the highest group average, about 2/3 of a std deviation above other whites. East Asians average slightly above whites, while whites average 1 std deviation above blacks.

It's silly to simply say "they are more intelligent" because we're talking about statistical averages. Individuals from different groups vary. You can only say, on average, they are more intelligent and this is probably due to hereditary and environmental factors. See the Snyderman & Rothman survey of 661 Behavioural Geneticists & members of the American Psychological Association.

Also, why are you suddenly referring to poverty? What has that got to do with the discussion?

And what is this about pseudo-science? All scientific knowledge is tentative and provisional, and nothing is final. There is no such thing as final proven knowledge in science. The currently accepted theory of a phenomenon is simply the best explanation for it among all available alternatives. At the moment that is that these differences are probably due to hereditary and environmental factors.

You have more akin to the creationsists than I do.
