Title VII is an unconstitutional (along with being immoral and irrational) law that must be eradicated, so the entire false dogma is completely squelched. Codified racial preferences are wrong for any reason whatsoever.
Diversity is neither a strength nor a weakness. It is neutral. Japan is wealthy without diversity. Multiculturalism is used to justify reverse racism. What matters to a nation is the number of skilled and educated residents. For example, accepting millions of legal educated Chinese immigrants helps the US economy. Accepting tens of millions of unskilled uneducated illegal Latin-American fence jumpers harms the US economy.
1. Some economists would increase the number of skilled educated immigrants by 2,000%, not to increase diversity, but to increase the numbers of those who make more in taxes than they cost and take-up fewer social services.
Cultural Predeterminism: African American poverty is the preeminent excuse for concocting anti-white male laws, such as AA and EEO. However, wherever black people are (The Caribbean, North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia, and in every country which Sub-Saharan African descended people reside without exception), black people are either oppressed by pervasive racism from everyone, everywhere, at all times; or black people do not posses the cultural traits necessary for economic viability.
1. Economic viability is determined by what a culture does and not by oppression dogama. Individuals within any culture have ability to succeed based on individual effort. However, Leftwing oppression/victimization dogma suggests perpetual failure until the world changes to accommodate black peoples’ lower economic earning power.
2. Amy Chua’s "World on Fire" examines the implications of cultural economic viability. Cultures replicate economic successes and failures over and over again, moving in statistically valid, measurable economic patterns. Scientists can accurately postulate economic differences and then measure their projections with valid replicable precision in micro-communities, villages, cities, states, nations and continents. Predictions can, likewise, be made for Anglos, Chinese, aboriginal Latinos, Jews, Catholics, Muslims, Mormons and other groups as well. Economic success or failure replicates itself without regard to racist multicultural dogma. Culture precedes everything.
3. Chua notes that Affirmative Action has never worked anywhere on earth, so she suggests overt public displays of charity or altruism to qualm the perpetual underclass’s unrest. Affirmative Action, EEO, and Obama will not change anything about black poverty anywhere, so discriminating against underclass whites (the redneck) only harms the already downtrodden.
Basically, Obama does not understand diversity in the least, because his ideology is based on a false dogma.
