P.S.,
by Antipasto
Agree, E. Jennings was most genteel and rather tolerant with us, or some of us, who were less than genteel to his work -- at least at first.
Three Words & a P.S., Tempo:

You're a loon.

P.S.

E. Jennings drivel masquerading as poetry got from me exactly the critique I thought it deserved.

the ratings system ain't so bad...
by Snolly G

lots of people are complaining about "abuse", but i really wonder about people who are so sensitive as to put much stock in a meager thumbs down. really, anyone who confuses the ratings system for anything other than a potentially useful toy may want to have their head examined.

but none of this is nearly as important as: are you ever going to open up your blog again?

I'm ......a......"fiend"? If I'm that bad, I'd guess I'd better stop posting on the fray, I wouldn't want my fiendishness to become an epidemic or have a bad influence on the rest of the fraysters. GEE!
Bad Hair Day, S?
by Antipasto
Good grief, S. calm down. I had no idea you were so lliteral. And there is a reason that people on the PFray give a heads-up to the guest poets about who is a good sort and known to us, or not. Never fear, Mr. Bad Temper, you're on your own. Ironically, Z-B. has not felt the need to write to me in this manner, I wonder why you feel so impelled? It is good to see you posting on the Poems Fray -- if Iam permitted, Your Highness, to say that much? Wonder why, if the "Schmutzele" bothered you so all-fired much, why haven't you ever mentioned it before this. One little mention is all it would have taken, and as for those two posters you were 'warned' about, you would do well to heed that advice, as many others would tell you, if they were not afraid to. Again, take care, A-p. p.s. as for your comments about Angel, shame on you. It is one thing not to care for her poems, that is your prerogative, although I clearly disagree with it but it is quite another to diss her personallly as yo uhave here. She is a vastly talented poet.
Three words back:
by Antipasto
"You're burned out." Yeah, Z-B, anyone over there who disagrees with you is a loon, or worse. It wasn't the world's greatest poem, for sure, but it wasn't half as bad as you've made it out to be. Heck, your post got the only Checkmark, why are you stilll kvetching about it, three days later? Take care, Z-B. A-o.
To Ellen...
by Antipasto
Looks like he meant to type "friend." I hope you didn't ascrbe the typo "fiend" to me, for goddess's sake. He's having a bad hair day, for sure. I will be sure to thank the person who sent me a heads-up to this ill-tempered piece of bile from him. He has these temper fits every now and then, I have noticed.

Dear Ellen,

Yes, I meant to type "friend." It was a typo. Sorry about that.
