Any number of people KNEW and REPORTED that the statements were false AT THE TIME, and those who are supposedly leaders also knew AT THE TIME that the statements they were making were false.

Liar! Bush had made his decision long before Tenet ever uttered those "famous last word."

He went into office with the decision already made. He just needed to come up with a rationale...which WMD gave him. Wolfowitz confirmed that.
