it turns out that america's largest employer of illegal immigrants is also america's largest (private) employer of US citizens - walmart.

my understanding that walmart (based in arkansas) was a longstanding clinton contributor

by the way, the easiest way to become a citizen is to join the (US) army and serve your hitch. you are guaranteed to go to thet head of the line, then. so does the US army qualify as encouraging excessive (or illegal) immigration for percuniary gain? and does the political underlayment of army policy flip flop between democrats and republicans depending on who's in the white house?

generally, though, i think you're correct. the guys at the top of most major corporations are tacitly okay with lowering their costs through hiring "undocumented slave labor"

and the union guys not only don't want nafta merchandise, they don't want illegal immigrants driving down wages either.

only true for Tier 2 Republicans

You'll never find the Dick Cheney/Scooter Libby/Robert Novack Tier One Republicans anywhere near a Monster Truck rally unless they are forced to go by the International War Crimes Tribunal.
Nancy Kulp was a Democrat

She never won an election, though.

i have it on good authority that

dick cheney was seen discharging his gun (pun alert) from the window of an F150 while downing a budweiser at the NASCAR "emperors club 500" a few weekends ago

Though its funny, in both your version and jeqal's, the Republican car of choice is American made and the Democrats' foreign, which doesn't mesh with #9, and yet I'm pretty sure you're right on both counts. The mind boggles.

The NFL is pretty widely accepted... Soccer for the Dems maybe?

Die hard democrat here and I own two american made cars. Die hard republican cousin owns Japanese will never buy American...try that again.

(that's also the title of a spanking video i watched with one of my BF's once)

i plead guilty to shoddy research. i assumed since "gopher" (the love boat) was a republican one of the other ridiculous office holders had to be a democrat.

did jane hathaway, milburn drysdale's old maid secretary on "the beverly hillbillies" run as a democrat, or a republican?

I personally think that it is about time that the conversation about race, in sports too, becomes more prominent in our country- especially if we can speak about it maturely.

eh, this here Democrat....

...watches Bundesliga, English Premiere League, Italian A Serie, Boston Revolution, DC United.....and, of course, UCONN, Brown.....

And I have you know that I won my girl's soccer team's matches on more then one occasion by giving sideline coaching advice. Heck, they even made all-district one year, and even though my daughter was playing goalie, I made her score a goal too. No, not an own-goal. Geez, my girls didn't play in high school. How come?

My life's worst failure is the inability to instill a competitive spirit in my girls. They stand there on the pitch and compare finger nails with the f*cking enemy!!! I asked my oldest once why she didn't take the ball away from the enemy? She said she didn't want to hurt their feelings.

Damn.
