The foods that typically make us fat are high in animal products, sugar and wheat. These crops are absolutely DEPLETING our top soil, which is part of what is heating up our planet! The whole processed food industry which is gov. subsidized through sophisticated lobbyists, and matched only by the pharmaceutical companies that pump out the drugs to treat food intake-related diseases, (both mental and physical) are trapping consumers in a vicious cycle.
