yogurt health
by ranks
I had my knee replaced a little over a year ago. As soon as I could walk again, I started back on my beloved fav...Tapatio hot sauce and spicy food. It ran through me. Doctor said I was old and it was to be expected. I didn't buy that. A nurse told me to eat real yogurt and some lacto something or other pills from Whole Foods. Within a few days, I was back to normal. The pain meds had killed everything in my gut. Yogurt and the lacto pills put them back. I swear by them. I have to have shoulder surgery this month (hey..I am active) and I plan on eating lots of yogurt and taking those pills as soon as I get home to counteract the meds. It worked for me

it wasn't the pain meds, probably the surgical antibiotics.

and you are right, they will probably give them to you again, with the same effect.

Indeed if antibiotics is used in your new surgical intervention do equip yourself with

yoghurt but see to it that you keep to the FULL FAT kind. Also never eat yoghurt with

artificial tastes added and the same goes for fruit in it. Full fat yoghurt absolutely free of sugar is what helps you.

Never ever fool yourself with the fatfree yogurt.

The food and medical industry is keen on your living fatfree as this is a sure way of always keeping you from healing yourself. There is no money in your being in no need of them.

Animal fat such as cream is good for you and especially helpful when your body needs extra strength and protection. Your greatgrandmother knew this.
