At first they didn’t know.

Then they thought they knew but since their knowledge came through impatience and illicit means they made many mistakes. And in fact, they didn’t know nearly as much as they thought they did. But unfortunately they did not know this.

Finally, through God’s grace they were granted the wisdom to know the difference between truth and lies. And that is where this new story begins.
