I have used nothing but the Whirley-Pop crank popcorn popper for the last 12 years. Bought it in a Kentucky country store as a fluke and loved it ever since. Just put everything (kernels, oil,salt,any other seasoning) in at one time and it comes out delicious and ready to eat. Smells like popcorn should; not like microwave popcorn which has a horrible smell to me (maybe it's that chemical that used to be in it).
