Weapons
by James Spellman

the constitution does not grant Americans certian rights. The constitution grants the government certian rights and all rights not given to the government are retained by the people. The right to bear arms is part of the freedoms garuanteed by the 89th amendment.

The second amendment is there in the event the Government violates the 1st. A free people always have the right and ability to defend themselves. An unarmed populace is at the same level as the serfs in the medeval era . We left europe to escape that and there is no need to import it to America.
