i started reading through this thread and i wonder...

blake/san, do you realize that NO one agrees with you and most everyone is attacking and hates that you post on this thread? everyone finds you offensive.

i don't have so much a problem with the way you think as the fact that you are just so disrespectful to everyone else here and their opinions. i wish i knew why you felt the need to log on to this sight and spend your time attacking people that you don't know for believing something different from you and which doesn't affect you in the least. i feel like you are just incredibly closed-minded and i'm sad about that but i understand that is just how you are. but you are getting so petty with your come-backs and posting for no reason other than to one-up everyone who tries to argue or disagree to something you said. you are clearly an educated and intelligent person. can't you just leave it be, stop coming here, and stop causing yourself and the other people that post on this thread the aggravation of having to deal with your constant, and toxic presence?

What's with the slash? Don't be silly I'm not san. The only opinion I share with san is his hatred of big butts. I definitely can't say the same about his condonance of anorexia. A little too extreme for me, since anorexia can lead to diabetes, but then again so can obesity. If you actually read through my posts, you'd know that I NEVER asserted anorexia was okay or that anorexic people look good, just that FIT is always better than fat, and that being overly PC and worrying about others' self esteem, not to mention even encouraging plumpness is only adding to America's obesity epidemic.

But the reason I even joined in on all of this was because of all the people saying slim women are disgusting and that anyone who likes them are pedophiles. Please tell me why I should respect that opinion?

I was in the school library and a loud pompous overweight bitch walked in with some tight lowrise jeans designed to emphasize the booty. I'm just thinking, WHY? Because coupled with her fat ass, she had a fat abdomen which spilled over the waistline like a mushroom cap. It was such a fucking grotesque sight that I impulsively googled "I hate big asses", and what do you know? San's post popped up as the first result. At first I was just looking through the thing having a laugh, I wasn't even going to make a post but then the discussion took a nasty turn when someone decided to call san a pedophile for preferring slim women. What proceeded were a bunch of other posters in full agreeance! This upset me, not just because of the pedophile comment but because what I just saw earlier was a "curvaceous" cow gone wrong. There's your full figured woman for you. A fucking muffin top! That's what happens when girls listen to this trendy new bullshit and buy into this "thick"fad. I decided to register an account and it all went from there...

Blake, you're entitled to your own determination of beauty. And so are those men who love voluptuous, buxom, 'thick' women.

Its hardly fitting for a gentleman to denigrate women who do not meet one's definition of beauty. If a 'thick' woman finds herself attractive and beautiful, then good for her.

I would agree, however, that in general, women of all shapes, sizes, ages, and kinds who tend towards immodest dress and appearance denigrate themselves and other women of like kind. To see a woman over 60 wearing tank top shirt and shorts is classless and devalues the respect one may generally deserve when they become an elder. Its as if many people have no sense of themselves.

But also, to see 14 year girls dressing like back alley hoes is degrading in an entirely different sense.

So the matter really comes down to the need for all women to respect themselves and to exemplify this with dignity and self respect, and they will most of the time find men will respect them too.
