And absolutely CLASSIC as Will's philandering father, cheating on Blythe Danner, in "Will & Grace." We were lucky enough to watch "Sketches of Frank Gehry" in full recently on PBS. It was like having been invited into Gehry's studio personally or into Pollock's living room. Watching the two of them interact so naturally & unpretentiously& seeing the artistic/ creative / intellectual sparks fly was just a delight. Don't be fooled by that genial exterior, however; SP is/was a sharp intellect and knew precisely what he was doing, as both director and actor.

Pollack is/was a major talent, a true mensch (quite right, thanks) and a man who will be seriously missed, not just in Hollywood..
