OK, there's a correction up. But that doesn't change the fact that Plotz based his entire argument on one of the three Gabfest topics, same-sex marriage in California, on a "fact" that was the complete opposite of reality. The state legislature voted IN FAVOR of same-sex marriage, not AGAINST.

And of course Emily was wrong in not knowing that the 2000 initiative reserved marriage to opposite-sex couples. But unlike Plotz, she didn't hang her argument on her error.

Get rid of Plotz!

Arggghhh!!! And this week the Plotz manages to make the correction about poor Emily's "mistake" rather than his driving his entire Hummer-sized argument on a fact that he was totally ignorant about.
