I hope that this will put to rest the stupid argument about Obama's "present" votes in Illinois -- or is that expecting too much.

you do realize that this only happened because the dems did not allow the repubs. to go over the bill before it was ut up for a vote? i dont like defending republicans that much, but the dems had that coming.
