and recognizing it's not your point:
"How would that look if at the end of the Democratic race the winning candidate with clearly the most delegates and popular votes went down to defeat against a candidate who isn't in the contest anymore? Ouch! That would tend to overshadow his expected wins in Oregon and Montana."
Following my "game" analogy, it's like BHO being ahead in a game that's about over on the clock, and her scoring a touchdown that doesn't get her close to victory, and with no hope of ever getting possession again.
Odd, I never hear or read about how the winning team should be embarrassed because the other team scored some points, but didn't win the game.
If there are any questions about "it's not whether you win or lose, but how you played the game", she's gonna lose there as well, given the negatives that's she's accumulated with the dem voters, which is why she's losing.
I predicted this scenario a long time ago, so my "pointy little head" musta not understood much, and just stumbled on a complicated but lucky guess.
I'd prefer that she drop out, but that's not a demand. It would by no means bother me a bit to see more failure kick her debt up to 40-50M, and her stuck with the two Bills.
