Terry McAuliffe: Hillary will win the popular vote!
by Commander Guy

Well, if you count two invalid primaries that the candidates said would not count, one of which did not even have Obama's name on the ballot.

Yowzah!

;)

May 12, 2008 McAuliffe says Clinton staying in, will win popular vote Posted: 08:38 PM ET
From
McAuliffe said Clinton is in the race through June 3.

(CNN) - Despite calls from some for Hillary Clinton to abandon her presidential bid, her campaign chairman insisted Monday she will stay in the race until the last primary and predicted the New York Democrat will overtake Barack Obama in the popular vote.

"We are going through to June 3," Clinton Campaign Chairman Terry McAuliffe said on MSNBC Monday. "I can unequivocally tell you we are in until June 3."

"We will move ahead in the popular vote. There are 1.1 million Democrats in West Virginia, there are 1.6 million in Kentucky, 2.4 million in Puerto Rico. We win by these huge margins, have good turnout there, we will pick up a significant amount of the popular vote."

Okay.. for arguments sake, what if they somehow pull of the impression (I said "impression") that she won the popular vote...

Then what?

Hillary will, if all the votes are

counted.

BTW Obama got so many pledged delegates from states with less of a population than Chicago. Eh. He got a lot in causcuses one on one with not actual state wide votes. Eh

...desparate people make desparate statements.

It is OK, this is good practice for Barack - who along with McCain are pretty much igonring the Clinton campaign as he should have been for a while now...

That impression would be hard to create in the absence of LSD, no?

None of it matters---Obama will be the nominee.

She won't even win ther popular vote even if you count the invalid primaries that the candidates agreed would not count, including the MI primary where Obama's name was not on the ballot. Not that they matter.
