Another good one!

Sadly, though, it's not all good news. After watching the video you linked the other day, I was looking at the Rotten Tomatoes reviews... The Critics rate it at 9%, Top Critics rate it at 0%, but the "RT Community" rates it at 49%. The comments are depressing... here's a sample:

"My school set up a private screening for the high school. We all went and saw how public schools/universities/museums throw out anyone who even brings up the words "intelligent design." Most of the scientists they interviewed who had beliefs in evolution had no proof against a superior designer, they just said there was no relation between religion and science. However, science came about by other organisms, that may have been created. It's kinda surprising when people are excluded because of two words (in which they may not even believe in) but those who excluded them support homosexuals and other controversies. It's just dumb. All the power of control is in the scientists hands, in which they're hostile to religion, and have no proof of their own studies versus another. This wasn't the best movie I've ever seen or anything, but it had a very good message and good questions included. It will really get you thinking."

I mean a scientist who is a Christian....

....not a Christian Scientist.

1st where is your evedence that he is "Devout"

2nd where is your evedence that he is "Christian"

Ken Miller...

...is the author of Finding Darwin's God, a brilliant defense of evolutionary theory, and a take-down of several versions of creationism. The second part of his book is a description of his own reconciliation of his devout Catholic beliefs with science in general and evolution in particular.

So, according to Arch, Ken Miller says he is. What would be Truett's evidence, I wonder, if we turned the question around? What more do we have but 'he says he is'? Nothing that I can tell.

Fact is, Ken Miller professes to believe in god, argues that evolution is compatible with a belief in god, and was 'expelled' from the movie Expelled because it'd be too 'confusing.' Yeah, the truth has a way of doing that when placed next to a lie.

Nice smackdown

...although I'm not sure this bogus, ineptly-made film is much of a threat to science. Still, it's not good that such lies are out there and treated by some as if they're truth.
A desperate attempt to attack the source

....which of course does absolutely nothing to refute his very valid criticisms of the film's lies and falsehoods.
It's the exact same evidence we have...

...that anyone--yourself, nano, JV-12, predicto, Cardinal Law, the Pope, G W Bush, etc--are devout Christiana: they identify themselves as such.

Do you have some reason to doubt that he is?
