I live on Xinjiekou Beidajie about 2 minutes walk from that billboard... we'll let you know if/when it gets taken down... don't count on it...The only saving grace for Disney in this instance is that nobody who passes the billboard actually assumes that it is Disney. With all of the fake merchandise running rampant on the streets of Beijing, i do not know anyone who would have thought that Disney placed the billboard...the most they would do is sigh and say "This is China".
