Of course you can be rightwing and gay. You can be just about anything you want and be gay. But don't expect to directly support the demonization and political instrumentalization of gays and lesbians and expect your own identity to be treated as a private matter.

What real meaning is there in the word "gay" anyway? I don't know of a medical test to prove whether someone is gay or straight. So until there's some sort of objective method of measurement, aren't we just left with a claim. If that's so, anyone can be alternately gay or straight even simultaneously. The word, in reality, has almost no meaning whatsoever.
